He is conveniently located out of Harbour Town Marina on Hilton Head, South Carolina. With his experience and skill Captain Clark was able to put his client in a position to catch The South Carolina State Record Marine Gamefish Program operated by the
Marine Resources Division recognizes a 39.3 kg (87 pound 13 ounces) Cobia
caught in Port Royal Sound in May 2005 as the largest cobia caught in the state
